Most Students Pick Careers by Accident. We Change That.
Career Honors is India's trusted career counselling partner for schools, colleges, and universities. We believe career success starts with self-awareness — and that the earlier a student understands their strengths, the better every decision they make after that becomes.
We partner with schools, colleges, and universities across India to embed career guidance into the academic year — not as a one-time event, but as an ongoing conversation. Our flagship initiative, the Future Focus Center, places a dedicated career counsellor within your institution, aligned with the CBSE career counselling mandate and NEP 2020 guidelines.
Know Yourself First
Students who understand their strengths, values, and interests make smarter, more confident career choices — at every age.
Purpose Over Pressure
We connect what a student is naturally good at and genuinely interested in with the academic stream and career path that actually fits.
From Dream to Direction
A student who knows their direction works harder, applies smarter, and gets further. We help build that clarity — and then we help them act on it.
"Most students are told what to become before they know who they are. We flip that. When a student truly knows themselves, the right career does not feel like a choice — it feels like the only option."
Built for Schools and Colleges. Obsessed With Student Outcomes.
We are not a coaching centre. We are your institution's career partner — embedded within your campus, aligned to your academic calendar, and focused on one thing: helping every student leave with a plan they believe in.
Whether You Lead a School or a College, We Are Built for You
Career Honors works with schools following the CBSE career counselling mandate and with colleges that want to give their students a genuine edge — in placements, in admissions, and in life.
Schools (Grades 6 to 12)
A structured, year-long career counselling program embedded within your school. CBSE-compliant, NEP 2020-aligned, and built to actually work — not just tick a box. Students in Grade 6 begin self-discovery. By Grade 12, they are ready.
- Grade 6 to 8: Strengths, values and self-discovery
- Grade 9 to 10: Science, Commerce or Arts — chosen with data
- Grade 11 to 12: University prep, SOPs and global admissions
- School-level reporting and parent communication
Colleges and Universities
From first-year orientation to final-year placement prep, Career Honors helps your students build the skills, profiles, and confidence that employers and universities actually look for.
- Career clarity bootcamps using the 3A Framework
- CV, LinkedIn and personal brand building
- Mock interviews, GD practice and placement prep
- Industry connect, internship and career fair access
Everything a Student Needs, Under One Roof
From a Grade 6 student exploring their strengths to a postgraduate preparing for their first job — Career Honors has a program built for exactly where they are.
Learning & Development
Our year-long programs are embedded directly within schools and colleges through the Future Focus Center. Fully mapped to CBSE NCF and NEP 2020 — so institutions stay compliant without extra effort.
Career Counselling & Profile Building
One-on-one career counselling, validated PIAA psychometric assessments, CV and LinkedIn building, SOP and personal statement writing — individually tailored for each student.
Responsible Admissions
Responsible, honest admissions guidance for India and international universities. We help students find the right fit — not just the most impressive name — through shortlisting, essay writing, and interview preparation.
Assess · Adapt · Accelerate
A structured career journey for students from Grade 6 through college. Three clear phases, each calibrated to exactly what students need — and when they need it.
Students learn
who they are
Planting seeds of self-awareness before the high-stakes decisions begin. Before choosing a career, students first discover their strengths, values, and passions.
Stream selection
with data, not guesswork
Students align their inner world — personality, interests, aptitude and abilities — with real academic choices using our validated PIAA psychometric framework.
From student
to candidate
The most intensive phase. Ambitions turn into applications and aspirations into admissions — both locally and globally — with full support at every step.
TalentX भारत
India needs more students who are brave enough to show what they can do. Talent X is where that happens — a flagship youth platform co-organised with You Can Foundation, giving students a real stage in Dance, Music, Art, Research, and Entrepreneurship.
We have held two editions engaging over 1,000 students, with Rs 1.5 lakh distributed across categories. Talent X gives students a real platform to discover what they are capable of. Youth Parliament and the Civic Conclave are also part of our growing event portfolio.
The Language of Global Opportunity
Before a student can study at a university abroad, they need the right language score and exam preparation. Our online programs give them exactly that — structured, expert-led, and designed around how students actually learn.
IELTS
International English language testing preparation
GRE
Verbal, quant and analytical writing prep
GMAT
Business school exam prep with expert strategy
French
Beginner to advanced French for study and career
German
German language prep for Europe-bound students
You Can Foundation
You Can Foundation was built on one idea: that young people, when given direction and a platform, can change their communities. Since 2013, thousands of students have volunteered, led, and grown through YCF's programs across India.
From 75 blood donation drives that have saved more than 15,000 lives, to civic campaigns, rural women entrepreneurship training, and urban awareness projects — YCF has shown that when students are mobilised with purpose, the impact is extraordinary.
Monis Shamsi
Entrepreneur. Educator. Changemaker.
Monis Shamsi has spent over a decade working at the intersection of education, career mentoring, and social impact. He is not someone who talks about changing education from a stage — he does it, one student at a time, inside real schools and colleges across India and internationally.
A certified Design Thinking Trainer — trained by global experts across nine countries — Monis currently serves as faculty at IILM University School of Management, teaching Design Thinking and Innovation to BBA and MBA students. He makes complex ideas feel simple, and simple ideas feel powerful.
He has personally guided more than 5,000 students toward university admissions, career clarity, and skill development. As former Chief Strategy Officer at BNPS International, he built the systems that helped Indian students access higher education around the world.
Working alongside Dr. Kiran Bedi's Navjyoti India Foundation, Monis has led entrepreneurship training programs for rural women across India. His authored book on Rural Entrepreneurship is a hands-on guide for grassroots changemakers.
Recognised in the 40 Under 40 Social Entrepreneurs list, Monis has spoken at TEDx, Startup India, E-Cell IIT Bombay, Atal Tinkering Labs, and the University of Plymouth. He brings the same energy to a classroom of 20 students as he does to a stage of 2,000.
