I began my journey in investment banking, founding my own stock broking firm. But my true calling lay in education and social change. For over a decade, I have worked at the intersection of strategic planning, mentoring, and philanthropy, helping students unlock their potential and building pathways for positive transformation.

As the Founder of You Can Foundation, I have successfully organized more than 75 blood donation camps, saving 15,000+ lives and earning recognition from both the Delhi Government and central authorities. My commitment to social impact has been honored with a place on the 40 Under 40 Social Entrepreneurs list.

Today, I lead Career Honors, a Career Advocacy Firm that partners with schools, universities, and NGOs to guide students in India and abroad. With a focus on career exploration, global university admissions, and future-ready skills, we have already supported over 5,000 students in their journeys.

I am also a certified Design Thinking Trainer, trained by global experts from nine countries, and regularly serve as a mentor, speaker, and advisor at institutions like the University of Westminster (London), Abu Dhabi SME Hub, IIT Bombay, and more. My mission is to nurture talent, support social startups, and provide students with the adaptability and cross-cultural skills needed in a global career landscape.
